  • As of 4Q22 approximately 574 electric vehicle charging stations across our assets, a 40% increase from one year ago
  • Shuttle service between our Pacific Research Center campus and both the Union City BART and the Fremont train station averaging 4,000 to 5,000 combined ridership
  • Shuttle services for our Cambridge, MA properties and tenants averaging 1,400 to 1,500 combined ridership
